WIDER FIELD OF VIEW
The new shape of the receiver and stock allows for a wider and clearer field of view. Two progressive grooves along the profile of the action are the most visible novelty in the upper part of the Beretta 694 stock-receiver bedding. This important trick helps the shooter to avoid raising his head from the line of sight, a movement that, as we know, often causes a "zero".
UNPARALLELED ERGONOMICS AND BALANCE
The new forend iron system guarantees a better feeling when opening thanks to redesigned geometries and the new tenon. The forend iron system has also been revised, now built from piston-operated stud in an advanced position, separate from the forend iron, and a self-regulating auget button. The 694 comes from the factory with optimal balance, but thanks to the B-Fast Balancing System, the most demanding shooters can select their customizations. The barrels of the 694 can in fact house a weight system that can be purchased separately from 15, 10 or 5 grams, which can be positioned on the muzzle or under the forend. But also the stock can accommodate additional weights of 20 to 40 grams.
SUPERIOR BALLISTICS
Beretta's Steelium Plus barrels guarantee the best shot patterns both in terms of consistency and homogeneity of distribution for these Beretta over-and-under shotguns. The famous processing of Steelium barrels with tri-alloy steel, deep drilling, cold hammer forging and vacuum distension is combined with a triple forcing cone that reaches the length of 320 mm in the 76 mm barrel, also effective in mitigating the sensation of recoil and muzzle jump.
