Ultra-compact case with the stock and receiver in separate compartments from barrels and forearm. The interior padded panel offers protection for all compartments. Durable thermoformed ABS construction and internal velvet lining protect the shotgun. The case fully opens to lay flat for ease of use. Hands free carry is available with a padded sling. The case is equipped with standard hooks offering the option to replace the provided strap with a preferred shotgun sling. In addition, the case has a central handle for carry. Good durable compact case. The blue shell with all silver hardware looks good. The interior has velvet but it is not thick and plush although it lines the entire inside nicely. Beretta's details listed above are incorrect. The overall length of this case is 35"" and the interior is Blue not Black. The 32"" with black interior is the description for the Green covey case, I own both. The interior barrel channel is actually 34"" long. A 32"" barrel with 1'"" extended chokes will fit. Although you would not have the recommended extra room for foam blocks on both ends of barrel for airline travel.
Quality and Lightweight
Very nice, lightweight case with stout hardware and a quality feel. Have not given it over to a baggage handler yet to see how it holds up, but I expect it will do just fine.
