It seems like there are some confused people reviewing this product! First of all - The mounting screws are most likely already IN the shroud. They are black on black and very hard to see. I believe there are 8 screws. Second - This shroud is primarily a heat shield. That is why it is perforated and made out of thick aluminum. The CX4 barrel gets VERY HOT after 10 or so magazines and will burn the hell out of exposed forearms. Third - The weight of the shroud reduces muzzle rise making an already flat-shooting gun even more better.
