The Breakaway Jacket is designed following the B-Active kinetic chain. The garment is built with a high-density fabric with anti-abrasion fabric in the areas of greatest need. These features ensure high resistance to thick grass or brambles. The fabric also has a durable water-repellent treatment. The jacket is waterproof, windproof, and breathable thanks to the GORE-TEX® LTD. The lining is comfortable in contact with the skin, silent and easily slips over other clothing. All seams are taped to guarantee maximum protection from the elements. For the intense cold or the early hours of the day the jacket can be combined with the BIS - Beretta Interactive System.
The Upland Performance line includes products developed to offer hunters maximum protection from high grass, briars, brambles, and dense forest. They are waterproof and breathable and resist the assaults of time and nature. Waterproof and elasticated inserts and further reinforcements are positioned in the areas of greatest need. All seams are taped and the zippers are waterproof, ensuring complete protection from the elements.

This is an excellent piece of water proof jacket, excellent build quality. About size, I usually wear M and the M fits me well, looks my experience is different on the sizing. Blaze orange for not only hunting but also other outdoor activities, where people needs to be stay visible, such as hiking. The big pocket on the back, which I guess is for the game, is excellent storage location for all kinds of stuff. More
Great Jacket for cold, wind, rain & snow
I have owned this jacket for 2 hunting seasons. I have hunted in MN in snow and rain and thick new growth. I have punished the jacket and it has held up fine and kept me dry and warm. I have washed it in the washing machine and it cleans up nicely. The only thing that is keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that it does not have zipper vents in the arm pits. If it did, it would be 5 stars and then some. I hope this is something Beretta will add to the jacket. I would buy a new one if they added it and keep my current one as a lender. Please add zippers to the arm pits! Don't get me wrong. I love this jacket and it is the only one I will wear hunting until Beretta comes out with V2 of the jacket.
