Read before Buying!

Overall these extensions are high quality and work very well when setup correctly. Beware, stock 17-round springs will not lock the slide back, and will often induce failures to feed. Stock 21-round springs work perfectly to mitigate these issues. These are required to run the APX magwell.

Nice, but...

I'm glad Beretta finally has a product that will give my pinky finger something to rest onto, when attached to the 13 round Compact magazines. Albeit, that's not what they were designed for, but that is the purpose for which I purchased them. Unfortunately, for my bank account this item does nothing more than a 15 round Centurion magazine with a spacer can do. Since I also own a Centurion frame I own magazines and two spacers for the Centurion. The biggest disappointment is that the new magwell for the APX does not fit on the APX Compact frame. So, until Beretta manufactures a magwell that fits the Compact frame I'll continue carrying two 13 round magazines with the +2 magazine extensions, but with 13 rounds in each magazine. Because, again, each one is just a pinky rest.
