With user optimization in mind, the APX A1 Carry is built on a modular chassis that allows for customization, such as the attachment of optics and the switching of the grip frame housing for one of our three available grip frame colors: Flat Dark Earth (FDE), OD Green, and Wolf Grey.

I own 8 Beretta firearms & 3 shortlisted, I’m biased
The real problem with this gun is the plastic optic plate cover + non-adjustable moulded in rear sight. You can’t add night sights or adjust POI to your defensive ammo selection. They discontinued the metal optics plate with drift adj dovetailed rear sight. That takes this off of a serious use gun unless you add the bulk, weight & price of an RDS. The trigger is ok. My groupings were about 1” @ 6 yards, & 3” @ 12 yards. Explain to a jury why you needed 15 rounds, 8 is fine for most self defense.

Can't be beat
368 rounds through this gun on my first range day with it and It can't be beat. It fills all of the needs that I have at a price point that is ridiculously low plus a $50 rebate making this a $200 CC gun. I don't care that it doesn't come with an extra mag as I won't be getting into an extended fire fight. Also, I won't be adding an optic so I don't care about the rear sight not co-witnessing and I don't care about it not having an accessory rail. All around, a perfect CC gun for me.
