Nice Pistol With Some Quirks. Needs Better Sights.

I have over 1K rounds through my 80X. Mine is stock except for LOK grips and a DPM recoil spring system. Early on, just over 200 rounds in, I had the dead trigger problem which is known potential issue. To Beretta's credit, they fixed the pistol for me under warranty and had it back to me in ~2 weeks. No issues since. Stock sights could be a LOT better. To date neither Beretta nor any other company offers upgraded sights for this pistol. PLEASE get us some better high visibility sights!

The best gun I ever owned.

First handgun I ever fired was back in 1969 while in the military. That was a 1911 .45 ACP, so I do go back a ways. The .380 ammo has come a long way in recent years and it is as good as any other defensive caliber out there. With the Cheetah, you get the best looking, best handing and best firing handgun. You get little recoil combined with fast and effective, accurate shots on target. In my opinion, the Beretta 80X Cheetah is the best handgun available, period.
