Therefore, the lines of the Tomcat are snag-free, with the sights being engineered to easily slide in and out of a holster, pocket or belly-band without catching on anything. The rear sight is adjustable for windage, so that you can easily experiment shooting different loads while keeping your sights on target. All these features have made Beretta small frames like the 3032 a favorite for concealed carry and self-defense.

Jams
I bought this little Beretta because it was perfect for my aging hands. I had a 950 way back and loved it, I thought this gun would be the perfect successor. Its beautiful, small, easy to carry and conceal, and the tip up barrel with no need to rack the slide is easy and safe for me to operate. Its easy to clean. Everything about it is perfect except it is unreliable. I've tried about 8 different brands and types of ammo, bought a new magazine but nothing helps. Some say it needs to be broken in, I've fired about 1000 rounds through it with no improvement. Sometimes I can fire through 2 or 3 clips with no malfunction, but most times It will jam at least twice per clip. I've contacted Beretta for warranty work, they said someone would reach out to me soon. Its been 3 weeks with no contact.
Great for small handbags
My first Beretta was the 92X Performance with the optic plates (the newest model), and I also own a Colt Python 3†and a Colt Anaconda 6â€. In other words, I love big guns, lol. I do have my CCDW, and I always carry a gun on me for self defense. I purchased this gun for smaller handbags and it’s a great little pistol, but there are some drawbacks. It’s not as accurate as my other guns, but that’s the trade off for having a smaller pistol. Also this gun does not come with extra mags, so you’ll need to order them from the Beretta website. My shooting instructor says that the accuracy is just the trade off because it is a smaller gun, but I can still put two in the center mass up to 50 feet. I’m trained to shoot two at center mass and one headshot, and I’m freakishly accurate, but sometimes my headshots at the range miss the 2†target and drift lower. Overall tho, it’s a great gun for when you don’t want to carry a full size pistol.
