*Prizes will be distributed as follows - the 1st place winner will receive a gear pack valued at $505.23, the 2nd place winner will receive a gear pack valued at $302.24, and the 3rd place winner will receive a gear pack valued at $153.25. Winners will be contacted by Beretta USA via email, and prizes will be shipped to them via ground shipping. It is the responsibility of the winners to provide accurate contact information. If the winner does not respond or fails to respond to Beretta within 14 days, the prize will be awarded to the next available winner. Please note that prizes hold no cash value and are non-transferable, and no rainchecks or substitutions will be provided. In the event that an item is restricted in certain states, Beretta USA reserves the right to replace the item with an alternative of similar value.
