Beretta’s Rewards Terms & Conditions

Program:

The Beretta Rewards program ("Program") is a U.S.-based loyalty program and is available only in the U.S. (excluding its territories). Participation in the Program and the benefits of the Program are offered at the sole discretion of Beretta USA Corp.

Eligible customers who are U.S. residents and do not have an Account may enroll for Membership in the Program by creating an account on Beretta.com/en-us

By enrolling in the Beretta Rewards program you agree you are subject to Beretta’s Notice of Privacy Practices, which may be found here If you are a CA resident, you will find your CA privacy rights here.

Eligibility:

Beretta customers who are logged in to their account at the time of the product purchase will be able to redeem points. Beretta customers who are guests will still earn points on eligible purchases but will be unable to view their Yotpo account. If Beretta, in its sole discretion, determines that an Account is being used for anything other than personal purchases, the Account will be removed from the Program without notice. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program will result in the Account being removed from the Program without notice. Beretta’s right to remove a customer from the Program is in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies that may be available to Beretta under applicable law. When an Account is removed from the Program, all outstanding points and outstanding rewards associated with the Account are forfeited.

Points at Beretta :

Program members accumulate points on Rewards Earning Purchases at Beretta.com A "Rewards Earning Purchase" is a purchase of merchandise at Beretta.com (less any discounts adjustments). Rewards Earning Purchases exclude Firearms.

When you return a purchase, the same calculation is used to determine the number of points that will be removed from your outstanding points balance. If, during a return, you do not have sufficient outstanding points to accommodate the returned purchase, any outstanding Beretta Program rewards will cause your Rewards point balance to go into a negative balance. 

Redemption :  

You must check-out at on Beretta.com as a logged in customer to redeem your promo code against your purchase.

Once an Account accumulates 200 points a $20 Beretta Discount Code will be issued and available to redeem within the My Account section under My Rewards on Beretta.com 

Once an Account accumulates 300 points a $30 Beretta Discount code will be issued and available to redeem within the My Account section under My Rewards on Beretta.com 

Once an Account accumulates 400 points a $40 Beretta Discount code will be issued and available to redeem within the My Account section under My Rewards on Beretta.com 

You will be given the option to redeem your available Beretta Program rewards toward a qualifying purchase on Beretta.com 

Each Beretta Rewards Program code once redeemed in the My Rewards section on Beretta.com is a single use code for the Beretta discount value associated to that tier of discount. This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

If your Account is closed by you or us, all points and any unused Beretta Rewards Program Discount codes will be forfeited.

Termination of or Change in Program and Points :  

Beretta may terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, which may result in loss of points and the cancellation of all benefits and privileges associated with the Program. Points are not your property and may be revoked, cancelled, limited, or modified at any time. Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, and have no value whatsoever. Beretta reserves the right to limit, delete or change any of the rules, terms, conditions, and benefits of the Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Beretta, whose decision will be final. If a Rewards program member believes that points were not properly applied, please contact us at care@berettausa.com  within thirty (30) days after the date the points were issued. Beretta does not have any obligation to correct errors after such thirty (30) day period. Beretta will not be liable for any failure to issue points to your Account in a timely manner. Beretta is not liable for points that are lost due to fraudulent, unauthorized, or other unacceptable use.

Other Terms :  

Any tax liability connected with receipt or use of any Beretta Rewards Program rewards or any other benefit in the Program is the participant's responsibility. 

The sale, trading, auction, barter or other transfer of any points is prohibited. Beretta reserves the right to audit Accounts and Memberships at any time and request validation of point-earning activities. Events beyond Beretta’s control, such as computer equipment or electronic data transmission failure, strikes, acts of God, civil disturbances, terrorism or war, which may materially affect our ability to perform, may cause us to suspend or terminate the Program.
 

Release of Information :  

Beretta’s Reward program members consent to the release of their personal information to third parties as necessary to carry out the Program.

Governing Law :  

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Maryland state law, without reference to its conflicts of law doctrine, as such law is applied to agreements entered into and performed entirely within such jurisdiction
