The frame of the A1’s have an integral MIL-STD 1913 rail for attachment of tactical lights and laser aiming devices. 9mm magazines have anincreased capacity of 17 rounds and are completely interchangeable with other 9mm 90 Series pistols.
The removable front sight allowsthe user to easily replace damaged sights or to install tritium night sights or other accessory sights.
The captive, single-piece recoil springassembly simplifies the assembly and disassembly process and minimizes the possibility of spring loss.
The Beretta 92A1 also features aninternal frame buffer that increases service life by reducing stress on the receiver.
